If i drink how much is too much?

Blood Alcohol Content*:

150 ml White Wine or Red Wwine
50 ml Whisky, Vodka, Cognac, Oouzo
50 ml Shots
45 ml Zivania
330 ml Beer

*Note:

(1) Doses mentioned refer to the quantity served at local restaurants.
(2) Home-made Zivania contains higher level of alcohol.

When alcohol reaches the highest concentration in blood (approximately 1 hour after consumption) the quantity in blood starts decreasing (150 mg/dL per hour on average).
